I never received an email confirmation for my order?
Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email as we find that the emails are frequently filtered there.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders, please ensure your orders are correct before checkout. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
My package was lost/stolen/still in transit?
TAMRAANDPAITYN does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit once they have left our fulfillment center. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when the order has been processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and secure their package and ensure someone is available to collect upon delivery.
My order was damaged?
TAMRAANDPAITYN does not accept returns, however If you receive a damaged item, please contact hello@tamraandpaityn.com within 3 days of receipt of the damaged item. Please include a photo with your email correspondence. If not reported within 3 days, a replacementwill not be issued.
When will I receive my order?
All Orders shipped out in 6-8 business days after order is placed. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, or if there is a pre-order item in your purchase a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.
How do I keep my Jewelry protected?
To protect your jewelry and ensure its long life, do not wet or wear while doing activities. Apply lotions and body oils before wearing you jewelry. Wipe with soft cloth and store in pouch provided.
Handmade -What does this mean?.
When Items are handmade they are made by hand therefore sizes will vary and may have slight variations in size and color.
