Returns & Exchanges
Begin the return process by giving us some details and we will create a USPS shipping label for you to bring to a USPS drop-off location. Pack your item(s) neatly in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage while in transit.
Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States (includes US Territories and APO/FPO) only.

We are unable to accept cancellations or refunds. Exchanges for store credit or gift card is accepted.
NO CHANGES
No changes will be made once an order has been placed. Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please review your order before making a final selection.
RETURNS
*Delicates, special order or personalized items are NOT returnable.
In the unlikely event an item arrives defective or filled in error shipping will be provided at no cost to our customers. If a customer wants to return an item for sizing exchange please be sure to check our size guide before ordering. Please review all your orders carefully, you may also send us an email at hello@tamraandpaityn for any questions or concerns regarding an item, referencing the item number or SKU number when making an inquiry. All items must be received back in its original form. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging, and our “Do not remove this tag” tags. Items MUST not be worn, altered, damaged, must be free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or noticeable smells including deodorant and perfume. All items returned that do not follow these conditions will be returned to the customer after a thorough assessment and a reshipment fee will be applied. Once this fee is completed, the denied returned item will be returned to customer at their expense.
Fees: Flat Rate fees and/or parcel carrier delivery and processing charges are shown under Shipping Rates, and will be applied in the Checkout Payment and Review page.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered by USPS with an additional charge of $20. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
The standard shipping charge applies to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and will arrive within 4 to 6 weeks.
