Begin the return process by giving us some details and we will create a priority USPS shipping label with insurance for you to bring to a USPS drop-off location. Pack your item(s) neatly in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage while in transit. All returns must be received within 7 business days and reviewed for approval. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, plus a 15% re-stocking fee will apply once return is approved.
Online returns are available only for items that were shipped to the United States. If you would like to return items that were shipped outside the United States, please contact us at: hello@tamraandpaityn.com prior to purchasing any item.

In the unlikely event an item arrives defective or filled in error shipping will be provided at no cost to our customers. If a customer wants to return an item for sizing exchange, please be sure to check our size guide before ordering. Please review all your orders carefully, you may also send us an email at hello@tamraandpaityn.com for any questions or concerns regarding an item, referencing the order number, item number or SKU number when making an inquiry. All items must be received back in its original form. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging, and our “Do not remove this tag” tags. Items MUST not be worn, altered, damaged, must be free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or noticeable smells including laundry detergent, deodorant and perfume. All items returned that do not follow these conditions will be returned to the customer after a thorough assessment and a reshipment plus a 25% restocking fee will apply. Once this fee is completed, the denied returned item will be returned to customer at their expense. Undelivered, refusal to sign and collect items at customers negligence will not qualify for a refund.
Couture Merchandise is eligible for Store Credit Only if returned up to 7 days after delivery for in stock items. Please note made-to- order items are final sale. A insured return label will be provided for domestic orders.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered by USPS with an additional charge of $20. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
The standard shipping charge applies to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and will arrive within 4 to 6 weeks.
