Shipping & Delivery

We provide 3-5 business days shipping on all orders. Please note our cut off time for orders daily is 9:00 AM PST, USA. Because delivery timeframes vary, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We do not process orders during the weekend or holidays. Transit times may vary during the United States holiday busy season and delays are likely. Customers are required to monitor their packages and have someone available to receive items when shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the shipping process. Please contact your shipping provider for additional details.

Shipping addresses- cannot be changed. We will only ship orders to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. We will ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes.

Our warehouse is closed for the following United States holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

International Delivery

Deliveries outside of the United States (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and United Kingdom and any other countries interested in our products - you pay shipping costs) are delivered by USPS International. Please note that international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means you, the recipient are responsible for any taxes and duties your order might be subject to. International shipping fees depend on the country you live in, the shipping service you select, and the weight of your package. Delivery charges do not cover any additional duties or fees that may be added at customs. These will need to be covered by you the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS
